Double bedroom in New Islington newbuild flat

Hi! I'm looking for a housemate/friend to come live with me in a new build flat I have purchased in New Islington :)

Note: The pictures are from the show home!

The flat is located next to the canal, nearby the tram stop, Aldi, PureGym, Islington Marina, and there's a newly opened Sainsbury's local downstairs.

It's a brand new build property meaning we're going to be the first people living there!

My completion date is 30 April, which is when I get the keys, so the room is available from 1 May, but the date is flexible. As I am starting with an empty flat, it may be that we're still waiting for a table or chairs or so to arrive in the first 2 weeks of May.

About the flat:
There are 2 bedrooms; one double with an ensuite (my room) and second double. There's a large bathroom (with bath) in the hall which would be completely yours.
The windows give out on Great Ancoats Street and are very sound proof. The kitchen is open plan and there'll be lots of plants.

I can either furnish the bedroom or rent out the room unfurnished. Unfurnished would result in a cheaper rent of course. Bills not included, council tax band D.

About me:
I'm a 32 year old professional just coming out of a difficult breakup. So I'm looking to make this flat my safe space, somewhere to feel comfortable and find back my happiness! I work Mon-Fri 9-5 usually in the office. I try to go to the gym before work. I'm vegan, so ideally you're vegan or vegetarian too.

I enjoy playing board games, have friends over for dinner (once every few weeks), have a few drinks, comedy shows, watch Netflix, dance classes, Parkrun on Saturdays, and I play piano (electrical so you wouldn't hear a thing).
