Double bedroom in New Islington newbuild flat

(And I'm away from 18/12/2025-08/01/2026 so you'll have the flat to yourself during that time! ;) )

My flat is located next to the canal, nearby the New Islington tram stop, Aldi, PureGym, Ancoats Marina, and there's a Sainsbury's local downstairs.

It's a lovely new build property.

About the flat:
There are 2 bedrooms; one double with an ensuite (my room) and second double. There's a large bathroom (with bath) which would be completely yours.
The windows are very sound proof. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped. I have plenty of board games and plants, giving the flat a very homely feeling.

The room has a double ottoman bed (so extra storage), a wardrobe, and two bedside tables, and a desk. However if you prefer bringing your own desk or something we can work something out.

About me:
I'm a 33 year old ploughing through my corporate job, dreaming of what else is out there. My flat needs to be my safe space. That being said, I'm all for having drinks, dinner parties, board game nights and so on as well. I work Mon-Fri 9-5 usually in the office. I try to go to the gym before work.
I occasionally go to raves and festivals as well. And I spend some weekends at my partner's place.

About you;
I'm vegan, so ideally you're vegan or vegetarian too. If you are not vegan/veggie, then you'd have to agree to consume animals outside of the house only. This is very important to me, please acknowledge this in your message.

My second most important value is cleanliness and tidying up, that means the dishes are done after every meal (the dishwasher helps with that). I feel that tidying up after yourself is the best way to make it enjoyable for both of us. In your room and bathroom, you do what you want of course.

Bills are included and come to approx £270 per month per person which includes service charge, council tax, electricity, water and internet.
it might therefore look expensive for a double room but this is just what bills are these days unfortunately,
So to clarify, you'd be paying £630 for the room and £270 for bills.
