Looking for someone to share 1BHK flat

This is a 1BHK flat.
I’m looking for someone who can share the flat along with me.
I can stay in hall where I got a separate bed for myself.
The double bedroom will be yours. Need to share the washroom and kitchen.

I will be working from Monday to Friday. So I will be leaving home early in the morning and will be back again in the evening.

I like to spend time in the evenings and weekends if someone are interested to have a good chat and can share the kitchen too while preparing the food.

Good people who like to share with me are preferred.

Strongly looking for someone who is a non smoker and non drinker. Sorry if this hurts anyone.
