I am currently looking for someone to move in this 2 bedroom flat as I will be moving out soon. The flat is available from 2nd June but there could be some flexibility around the dates, especially before this date :)

The flat is located on the 1st floor and includes a shared kitchen and living room, storage room, washing machine and dishwasher. You will also have your own bathroom (main bathroom) and the wardrobe in the bedroom is very spacious. The block also has a roof terrace and a cinema room. Your share of rent would be £732 per month, broadband is included in rent.
The current tenant is a lovely girl who is clean and tidy, very respectful of personal space/time but also enjoys doing activities together!
There is no parking available with the apartments in the building but if interested, this is something that could be discussed as there might be available parking spaces in buildings nearby.
In terms of bills, the flat is Council Tax Band D. Electricity (rating is B) and water would be approx. £ 80-90/month pp.
The following are required:
