Description
Unfortunately, my current flatmates work situation has changed meaning he now needs to move out pretty quickly, May 8th.
Your double room is spacious, bright and overlooks the canal. There is a spacious living space and you will have your own bathroom. The kitchen has a decent oven, microwave and fridge and plenty storage space. There is currently a cabinet door that has come away that the letting agent is going to fix shortly.
The apartment is in an amazing location, is very bright and I'm sure you'll love the space.
There is a a car parking space that comes with the flat. Hoping to rent this out for around £100pcm which would help bring our costs down by a furrther £50 each :) or, if you need the space yourself we can discuss.
We are in council tax band A. Bills should come to around £200 each on top of rent, which is pretty standard for the city centre.
About Me:
I work in the city centre, go to the gym in the week, cook at home, don't mind sharing meals and am generally pretty chill.
Do enjoy a drink at the weekend and be able to occasionally have friends over.
I'd like a flatmate that will be a friend rather than just someone to split the bills with, but do enjoy my solitute, as we all do.
If you can please tell me abit about yourself, how soon you are able to move, I'll start arranging viewings and let you know a suitable date.
