Fully furnished NQ flat ensuite

A 2 bed flat in NQ with an ensuite room that will be available sometime mid or late july as my current flatmate will move out (exact date not known yet). Fully furnished, has a balcony, a TV, is walking distance to pretty much anywhere in the city centre with tram/bus/train links also being very close.
Not too particular as long as it's someone easy to get along with and doesn't cause fuss over small things, the only thing that are definitely no's would be mess and noise.
Council tax, internet, water and energy bills not included but adds up to somewhere around £200pp, can ask for more details if interested.
