Looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the 1st June in the Vita living north building just off Oxford road.

Current tenancy ends on 15th November 2024 with a possible option to carry on tenancy but you’d have to confirm this with current flat mate.

Spacious bed room with a king size bed, two built in wardrobes. You also have the luxury of your own on suite bath room with a bath & shower.

Shared living room/kitchen which has a build in dishwasher.

Build also offers extra benefits such as; on site gym, Communal work areas, coffee machines as well as weekly events put on by the building.

Rent includes all bills apart from council tax which is an extra £80 per month.
