Hi, I'm Katya and I am a professional working in law. I am looking for flatmate. The room will be available from around the end of May 2026.

It's a 2 bedroom flat in Manchester city centre. The building is called Skyline and it is close to both Victoria and Piccadilly stations. Residents have access to the exclusive pool (jacuzzi, steam room and sauna) and gym located on the 18th floor of the development which provides amazing views of Manchester city centre. The building benefits from having a concierge on-site from 7am till 3 pm Mon till Fri.

The apartment itself comprises of: entrance hallway with storage/utility cupboard, lounge with patio doors opening onto the balcony, modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and plenty of storage space.

The room for rent is a good-sized double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers, and you will have your own bathroom with a contemporary three-piece bathroom suite.

The apartment is offered on a furnished basis. The council tax band is D.
The total to pay including bills will be around £800.

I am a quiet and friendly person. I would like to keep the common area clean and tidy. I don't cook a lot either. I hope to find ideally another professional to share the flat with who would keep the kitchen and living area clean.
