Female Professional Seeking Flatmate

Looking for a flatmate to move into the apartment - I’ve lived here for just over a year and love it! Can move in any time from now, ideally latest mid-June.

The room available is a double room and the main bathroom would be yours. The apartment has a spacious living area and kitchen, and plenty of storage space including a utility room.

The building has communal areas including a terrace and sky lounge, as well as a gym which is included in the rent. It’s situated about a 10 minute walk from Arndale, and just under a 10 minute walk from Manchester Victoria. You can get to Northern Quarter by walking in around 15 minutes.

Internet is included, so bills would be the rent, council tax (D), electricity and water. I pay slightly more rent per month due to having the larger room with en-suite.

As for me, I’m a 25 year old professional working in the city centre at least 3 days a week, and at home for 1-2 days. I’d love to live with someone that I’m comfortable to be around so we can eat and watch TV together sometimes, but still also enjoy our own space and time to ourselves!

In terms of my interests, I love cooking, chilling out and watching TV/films, going to gigs and spending time with my boyfriend, friends, and family! Also love my holidays and city breaks when the budget allows :)
