Double Room in the heart of the Gay Village

Double bedroom in a 2 bed, 1 bath flat in the heart of the Gay Village. 🏳️‍🌈😁
Room is fully furnished, has triple glazed windows and a gorgeous view of Canal Street and Sackville Gardens.
The bathroom, kitchen and living room are all very spacious for a two bedroom flat and the bedroom has tonnes of storage.
We are less than 5 minutes walk away from Piccadilly train station, the tram network, Lidl, all the fab bars of the gay village and tonnes of restaurants and cafes.
Bills are at a Fixed rate of £200 a month covering everything inc. water, electricity, WiFi, council tax and a free ticket to Manchester Pride haha.

Can be flexible with the move in date from now to early January. Previous flatmate has loved living here but is moving in with his boyfriend 🥲. We’ve been amazing friends and enjoyed many nights out and movie nights in together and have always been respectful and sociable so would love to keep that vibe going with a new flatmate. Will only consider working professionals who are members of the LGBTQ community as per the lovely landlord’s (and my own) preferences. But other than that, happy to hear from absolutely everyone ❤️

I currently work full time in the city centre at a museum (mostly out of the flat 9-5:30 Mon-Fri but work a few weekends too). My room is usually a mess but I always keep shared spaces clean and tidy and would expect you to do the same. I love a night out in the Gay Village/other queer events in MCR at the weekend and while you’d be welcome to tag along, you don’t have to be a party person to enjoy living in the gay village!
