Housemate has decided to travel Spain for 2 months so I'm looking to rent his room out for that period.
He is gone 4th Sept-1st Nov but we can be a bit flexible on dates.
Flat is in Chepstow house. It's an old building with much more space than the box flats being built in Manchester.
The bathroom is across the hall so not technically ensuite but you have exclusive use of it as I have my own.
Absolutely all bills included.
About me: I am a 40 year old engineer tthat spends about 10 days a month workign away. I'm not anti-social but I do play video games in my room a lot so you have a pretty big living room to yourself most of the time..
