2 bed flat 15th floor Manchester City centre

(PLEASE WHATS APP ME- I am travelling right now so won’t receive SMS messages) I am currently living in One Regent in a 2 bed flat. Our current flat has been sold but the tenancy will be renewed in the flat on the floor below us with the exact same set up and view.

I am looking for someone to move in with my lovely flat mate in this new flat around mid September or start of October. So tenancy you would need to sign would be either 11 or 10 months with a £50 fee to get references checked to take on contract. Need to clarification but the cost for rent will either be £650-700 per month.

The tenancy is up until August 2025 with the option for renewal😊

Bills: water is £15pcm, council tax is £95pcm, wifi is £17.50pcm and electricity depends on usage.

You will have your own bathroom, double bedroom, shared living space and balcony. The new flat will have all our furnishings moved to it (so should look exactly as our current flat). This includes washing machine,
Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and TV.
There is 24/7 concierge where parcels are also stored safely for you. There is a mezzanine which overlooks the river.
Because of the way the flat is facing we get a beautiful sunrise and sunset (and with sun through most the day ☀️)

You would be sharing with my lovely flatmate- Evie who is 21, she is a personal trainer, yoga instructor and also is studying. She is clean and very friendly and would like to share the flat with someone else like minded.

I have attached photos of our current flat and also of the new flat (the same except for one floor below). Viewings are welcome and can meet flat mate too😊
