My lease with the apartment ends on August 24th. However, I will leave Manchester on June 9 and am looking to find someone to take over the lease, with the apartment's consent already obtained. If you agree to rent the room, I will forward your detailed information to the apartment management for the handover process. In addition, if you have booked the term for this apartment starting from September 2024, you can directly apply for an extension of the lease term on summer vacation with the apartment until you move into the new room.
