Double bedroom with huge walk in wardrobe for rent in property located in the middle of the northern quarter (near Terrace, Nells, Smithfield Social etc). Flat split over 2 floors and has 2 secure gates to let into the property. Huge living room/kitchen with balcony that would be shared with my two lovely flatmates who I have become good friends with. Bills are very reasonable, council tax is £40 a month and other bills come to approx £75 a month. All furniture comes with the property (minus the desk in my room).
