Double bedroom available now in spacious 2 bed 2 bathroom, development is within minutes of the city centre. It is built to a high specification and is fully furnished with wood flooring. The flat receives plenty of natural sunlight with stunning views of the river. It has 24 hours concierge and security. Security fobs control all the vehicle and pedestrian access points within the development. The external communal area has a central landscaped courtyard facing the river.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe with chest of drawers and 2 bedside drawers. It has a built in radiator and also a tv outlet if needed. The window is double glazed and soundproof which opens to a view of the river.

The master bathroom will be fully yours to use as I have an ensuite. It has a nice bath, a rainfall shower and is tiled to a beautiful grey beige finish. There is a luxurious big mirror and shelf for you to use as well. It also has a big heated towel rack built in.

All appliances have been integrated, including fridge freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven. Washer/dryers have also been equipped in our little utility room. There is a private balcony which is larger than other units and has dark wooden floors.

The development is a 10 minute stroll to the city centre, few minutes walk to Deansgate station/Spinningfields. There is a bus stop right in front of the building which has frequent buses into the city centre that takes only 5 minutes.

There is also a big Sainsbury's, Boots, and JD Gym which is a 5 minute walk away. There is a also a 24 hours McDonald's and KFC which is convenient for lazy days and late night cravings.

A little about myself: I am a working professional in a field within a Financial Services firm. I enjoy nights in on workdays , going to the gym and meeting friends on the weekends. I personally am very clean and tidy and would like to live with someone who's the same. As this is my primary home, I would like someone who is respectful of the property. Professional females preferred.

Bills are not included in rent but should come up to about £130/person a month dependant on usage (council tax: band C, water & electricity). Broadband is included in rent.
