Gold Studo - MSV Dwell

Hi! I'm a second-year student at UoM and I'm looking to sublet my studio at MSV Dwell. My initial contract was until 31st of August but I have to go back home over the summer and I'm looking for someone to take over anytime between the 2nd week of June (beginning the 10th of June) and the 31st of August. It's a spacious studio with a fully equipped kitchen, underbed storage, and bathroom. I'm happy for anyone to take over my tenancy as long as they are a student. The accommodation is great with 24h security and the team on-site are extremely helpful and handle parcels with great care. It's also within walking distance of the city centre and is close to many supermarkets such as Tesco Express and Spar. There are also many great restaurants nearby such as Zouk. absolutely loved living here and I've uploaded some photos of my studio which I have kept in pristine condition so you will be moving into a studio as good as new!
