Spacious double bedroom with ensuite

A spacious double bedroom room in a 2 bedroom flat in Skyline central 2.

Unfortunately, my flatmate moves back home and I am looking for replacement tenant.

The rent includes swimming pool, sauna, steaming room, gym and jacuzzi.

In addition to the rent there is a 28 pounds per month for no deposit option. No deposit upfront is needed.

The lease ends late January which I am considering renewing it but if you want to stay up till then it is ok with me.

The bills come around: electricity 80 roughly per month, water 120 every 6 months and internet 10 per month (internet is included in the rent but we pay around 10 pounds per month for higher speed), council tax BAND A 172 per month for both.

Total bills: 280/2 = 140 per person

Swimming pool, sauna, steaming room, gym and jacuzzi included in the price.

I am a hybrid working professional working 9 - 5 in compliance. Some days from home some days in the office (city centre). I like to keep the place tidy and clean.

The apartment includes dishwasher and washing machine.
