Double Bed en-suite room in city centre

Hey!

I'm looking for a female to take my flatmates room from the 1st of August. The flat is ground floor next to Oxford Road train station, close to the city centre and the university. There are bus stops around the corner and tram stops within 5 minutes walk.

The room is large, fully furnished (bed, 2 bedside drawers and large built in cupboard) and has an ensuite bathroom. There is also some storage spaces around the flat. The kitchen and living room are spacious and fully equipped. There is also a large balcony.

The bills (wifi, water, council tax) are included in the rent. Electricity comes to around £40 each.

I’m a young professional originally from Glasgow and have stayed in the apartment for over 3 years. I’m easy going, tidy and love to travel. I like to socialise but also to have my own space. I also work from home most of the time.
