It is a double room with its own bathroom about 5 minute walk from Spinningfields. the address is Salford but basically feels like the City Centre.
You would be sharing with my friend Chlo (on the right in the first pic). She is 26 and enjoys socialising, going for food/drinks, festivals etc, She would like someone with a similar vibe and someone she can be friends with too :)
You can chose to either pay a deposit of 1.5 months of your share of the rent, or a there is a 0% deposit option available. You will need to be referenced checked by the lettings company. Bills would include Council Tax (band C), Wifi, Electricity and Water.
