I’m looking for a someone to move in to my two bed apartment as my current flatmate is moving out.
You will be on the tenancy and so it will all be legitimate. As a result, you’ll need to be able to move in from August 2024 (or at least pay rent from then) and have good referencing + affordability checks.
The flat itself is gorgeous with a large open plan kitchen and living area. The arched windows are bifold doors and so in the summer they all open up to create an amazing balcony. Location is excellent, it’s in Leftbank just at the bottom of Hardman Square in Spinningfields. You pretty much have everything on your doorstep. There’s a PureGym down the road, loads of bars and good transport links with Salford Central being a 2 min walk.

Financials:
Deposit - £750 each
Rent - £750 pcm each

About me:
I’m a young professional in the legal industry. Definitely like a drink every now and then but I also don’t want someone who’s going to be out every night.
I work Monday to Friday but will work from home once or twice a week. Don’t really have any specific hobbies beyond travelling and the gym.
About you:
I don’t really have a particular type of person in mind. Another young professional would be ideal but I’m open to anyone between the ages of 24-29. Please don’t waste my time though - there will be an affordability check as there is no guarantor. As long as you’re easy to get on with I’m sure we will be fine.
As stated previously, I’m not looking for someone who goes out frequently. This is my home and I like to chill most evenings, especially on weekdays.
