Description
Hi!
I’m looking for a new housemate to move into a 2-bedroom flat in one of the liveliest areas of Manchester, as my current housemate is moving out.
This comfortable double bedroom comes with a good-quality bed (as it used to be a hotel) and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. You will have the bathroom to yourself, but it’s just across the corridor from the bedroom rather than directly connected to it. The flat has an open-plan kitchen and living room which is great for having guests over, and is generally quite bright because of the South-facing windows. It’s on the 3rd floor and there is a lift.
The flat is right on the edge of the bustling Northern Quarter, so there are endless bars and restaurants nearby. Although, there is a lot going on around, the flat faces onto a minor street, so is actually relatively quiet considering where it is. Transport is also excellent, with the Shudehill Interchange right outside the front door, and supermarkets, gyms, etc. just a few minutes’ walk away.
A bit about me, my name is Mitch and I’m an outgoing 29-year-old electronics design engineer. I’m into cooking, foreign languages/culture/travel, run clubs, guitar, and designing/building various things. I like to host gatherings at the flat from time to time, so I’d ideally like to find a flatmate who is similar to me in that regard.
In addition to the £600 rent, approximate monthly bills per person are council tax (band D) £104, electricity £80, water £40, wifi £10.
I'm looking for someone to move in on or around 15 July. If you like the look of the place, send me a message telling me a bit about yourself and we can have a chat and arrange a viewing. I'd most like to know about your hobbies/interests, job, and how you usually spend your free time.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Mitch
