1 small double room near Victoria manche

Hey,

My housemate is leaving and needs to be in her new place by the end of this month, so looking for someone who wants to move soon, new contract starting 12th July.

I will be moving back into the other room, so all of the furniture you can see in the pictures here will be going with me but there is a 1 or 2 wardrobes and a bedside cabinet that can be moved into this room if required.

The room is small but cosy and would be available for £500 plus bills which atm are about £200 each, the internet has just gone up but once the plans are confirmed we can sign up for a cheaper price which would take the bills down. (This is based on a likely increase in price of rent)

The room does not have an en-suite however you will have the main bathroom which is fitted with bath/shower.

It is right by Victoria station so really good if you need the tram/train often

I spend most of my time at work so will only be home in the evenings and weekends, when I am home I like to hang out and watch tv and read and on the weekend I like so socialise or often I am away.

I enjoy gigs, festivals, going out for food and drinks I’m big into music and tv & film so someone with similar interests who would wanna hang out would be great but also respect hibernation too.

I am super tidy and respectful of mine and the communal spaces.
