I am moving to another country and so need someone to take over my room in a luxurious 2 bed apartment in the Vita Living North tower in the heart of the city centre, just off Oxford Road. All included in the rent the Building has a gym many coworking spaces with free coffee machines, private conference rooms, a cocktail lounge on the 35th floor, various roof top terraces and private dining rooms that can be book free of charge for parties. Very comfortable living experience. The rent includes all utilities and super fast broadband. Council tax is not included and is roughly £103 per person. your house mate will be George, he is Cypriot and works as a chef in a prominent Greek restaurant. He is very tidy, respectful and fun to live with. If you would like to have a viewing George will meet you so you can see if you get on. The current tenancy runs out at the beginning of January but George has confirmed he will renew for 1 more year so if you would like to stay longer you can renew with him.
