Hi, I just got a new job abroad so I'm looking for someone to take over the rest of my tenancy.
It will be from 2nd of August till 18th of November with the possibility of extend it after it.
Council tax are £95 each and bills come down to around £90 each which varies each month.
Room comes with all commodities included: TV, microwave, kettle, crockery, pans, iron, cordless hoover, etc.
2 toilets in the flat so new tenant will have their own.
The building has concierge 24/7, fully equipped gym, work space at the lobby w/ free wifi.
My roommate is Spanish, really easy going, works part time from home as Spanish Tutor and part time as waiter.
Looking for professional people, responsible, not crazy party goers, respectful and friendly individuals.
