Room available in Manchester city centre ✨

I’m Sammy, and I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over my friend’s tenancy in August. Our lovely flat is in Green Quarter, right next to Victoria train station, and comes with a parking space, which you’d have full use of as I don’t drive! You’d also have a double room and your own bathroom (not en-suite). The flat also has a spacious living room/kitchen area, with a balcony too.

Rent is £525, plus approx £150ish a month for bills.

I currently work a hybrid 9-5, with three days minimum at home a week. I’m looking for a flatmate I can be friends with too! Bonus points if you like football, the pub and charity shopping!
