Hi I’m looking for someone to take over my 1 bed flat located 5 mins from City centre and close to Manchester Uni
Unfortunately I’ve had to move back home due to family problems
It’s clean and comes furnished which is very good sized compared to other flats

Council tax C , electricity, water not included in rent

This is a takeover so new tenant will have to pass reference checks with agency
Minimum term 1 year
Deposit 5 weeks rent
