Double bed room in two bedroom flat in Great Northern Towers in Manchester city centre just off Deansgate. Available from mid to late July. Bedroom furnished with double bed, desk and cupboards. The other bedroom has an en suite so you would have the main bathroom to yourself which has shower and bathtub. The flat is on the 9th floor and faces out over the Manchester Central so is on the quieter side of the building.

Current flatmate is Pietro who is friendly, quiet and keeps to himself, meaning you a lot of space in the flat to yourself.

Rent is £750 per month. Bills not included, council tax band E
Tenant will replace me on lease which is until end of September and then can be renewed for a further 12 months.

I am moving out in mid July, so date to move in can be flexible but ideally by the 28th July.
