I have a double room available to rent in a New Islington property in a fantastic location within walking distance of the city centre. The property has a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with lots of natural light. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dish washer and washing machine. Your sizeable double room comes furnished with a double bed, cupboard, drawer and bedside table. As I have my own en-suite you will have sole access to the main bathroom. The property also has a balcony.

The flat is only a 15 minute walk to the Northern Quarter and only a 5 minute walk to the New islington tram stop for links to the other side of the city. It is a short distance to the Ancoats Marina which is a bonus.

On street parking usually available without issue. There is an underground car park, this listing does not include a space however it is common for spaces to be offered for rent via the Building's Facebook group.

I am looking for someone who is a professional like me. I occasionally work from home on certain days so would prefer someone who works in the office throughout the week.

This is only available on a short term basis as I am in the market for purchasing a property of my own. I have this property on a rolling contract with a minimum of 2 months notice, hence I would only like tenants where this wouldn't cause them a problem in the event I was to end the tenancy. However due to the lead time on buying properties I anticipate I will stay in this flat for at least 4 months.

As I am subletting this I am willing to offer this without a deposit, however I will require the first monthly payment to be made before move-in.

A bit about me:
I am a young professional who works in Ancoats. My hobbies include fitness, sports and travelling. I enjoy socialising over a drink and in general I am always open to trying new things. It would be nice to have a flatmate with a similar attitude. I am a Man Utd season ticket holder and generally enjoy watching a lot of sport across the weekend!
