Looking for a flatmate as current flatmate is relocating to London.

I have lived in this flat for a year and has been a great place to live. Great location, area is quiet and nice, but can get into town within a 10 minute walk, is close to shops, pubs, bars, and anything you need.

The flat has a large living room, modern kitchen, a balcony overlooking the river, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. the flat building also has a gym, concierge desk, work spaces, lounge areas, post room for deliveries, and a bike store.

The pictures of the bedrooms & bathroom are from when I moved in but the living room and kitchen pictures are recent.

The rent is £812.50 per month and includes the gym in the building, and the broadband. Bills are reasonable and are usually around £100 each per month

Im 25 year old man, working full-time as an Architectural Assistant in Manchester. I like to cycle, run, play guitar, occasionally try to cook something nice, and like watching tv & movies. I like to go out with friends, but also like nights in.

Looking for a professional to take the room in the flat and not a student.

There is a sainsburys local within a 5 minute walk, and a large sainsburys supermarket within a 15 minute walk.

I need to renew the tenancy in the next few days so a quick response is much appreciated. Happy to provide more details for anyone interested, and organise viewing the flat.
