Double room in Manchester City Centre

£675 - Room available in two bed apartment in the centre of the city.

I’m looking for a flatmate to start a new tenancy with this autumn. The property has a double bedroom available in a two bedroom apartment in the heart of Manchester City Centre. Less than a 5 minute walk from Arndale, Piccadilly Gardens, bus stops and tram stops.
There is a shared open plan kitchen/living room with a washing machine/tumble dryer, dish washer, microwave. The shared bathroom has a shower/bath. The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe and draws as well as two bed side cabinets and space under the bed for extra storage.
The rent would be £675 PCM and bills all together are usually between £100-150 each. The current tenancy ends 25th September but there is flexibility on a new tenancy and the property could be available and a new tenancy started by August 1st.

I am a student and would prefer to live with another female student. I’m a relaxed and tidy flatmate.
The landlord is great and has been very quick in response to any questions. He would run the usual financial checks and deposits before accepting.
