Double room in New Islington🏠

👋 Hey, I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate's room come mid September as he’s moving closer to his work.

📍Top floor flat, based in New Islington. A stone's throw away from New Islington tram stop, 2 minute walk to New Islington Marina, and great bus links.

🏬 10 minute walk from gay Aldi, with a corner shop and a Sainsbury's Local in between for any essentials.

🛏️ The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. You’ll have the main bathroom to yourself as I currently have the ensuite.

🌅 The flat features a shared Kitchen/living area, large utility room with washer/dryer, and a south facing balcony with views of the peak district.

🚗 Free underground parking included in the rent.

📦 Super friendly concierge who provide updates via the Facebook group when parcels are available for collection.

💸Bills tend to come to around £190-200 inc. council tax.

🧍🏻Me: I’m a friendly and easy-going young professional/plant dad.

👟I try to keep active as best I can and will usually have something on in the evening or weekends to get me out and about, be it gym, going on walks, or back down to Shropshire to visit the fam.

🍷Would love to find a flatmate I can have a glass of wine and watch reality TV with on nights in too.

💻 I work in insurance working hybrid between home and the office in Stockport, so would require a flatmate that is content with me working from home 2-3 times a week.

🤪You : Here comes the stereotypical "looking for someone like minded, would love to live with someone who's up for having a few drinks but appreciate my own space".
