I'm charging a lot less than the room is worth to make sure I can focus on finding the right flat-mate and fit.
The room comes with an en-suite (with a huge bath and a shower) and the apartment has pretty much everything you'd need as well as a new coffee machine, blender and Sky TV, Netflix, Prime, air conditioning and lots of sunlight and storage space.
I'm often travelling on business and generally away one night a week as a minimum.
I have a parking space which can be taken for an additional £150pcm
