Big Ensuite Room on the Border of NQ + Ancoats

Hey! My name is Benjamin and I'm looking for a flatmate to take the other bedroom in my flat.

The location couldn't be more perfect for city-centre living. Right on the border of NQ and Ancoats, everything is on our doorstep. You'll be minutes walk away from Aldi, PureGym, Ancoats Marina, Stevenson Square, Cutting Room Square, Picadilly Station, Arndale - doesn't get better than this. You'll save hundreds of pounds (and precious time) on transport because you'll just walk everywhere.

The bedroom itself, is large. Even though the room is furnished with a double bed a, cupboard, a chest of drawers, and two nightstands, I've managed to fit a big desk and another large piece of furniture. We'll each have our own en-suite bathrooms as well.

Kitchen is fairly kitted out, you'll have everything you need to cook up a storm.

As for me, I'm a Canadian guy who moved to Manchester 6 years ago and fell in love with the city. I work in Tech and Music, fully remote so I will be in the flat a good chunk.

We don't need to be best friends, but I'm looking for someone clean, respectful, and has good communication skills. We'll get to know each other better when you view the flat.

I prefer to schedule viewings between 6-9pm Monday to Thursday and 1-4pm on weekends. Let me know when and I'll book you in.

Just a heads up that I am the primary tenant, and will be moving out of the flat in January or February 2027, that's why the term is 6 months. Happy to explain how this works when we meet :)
