Room to rent in Ancoats from 5th October

Looking for someone to replace my current flatmate when she sadly moves out at the end of September to move in with her husband.

About the flat:
- modern 2 bed flat, fully furnished
- double bedroom and your own master bathroom
- building amenities: communal co-working space, roof terrace and bike storage
- no parking included, although I believe you can rent a space nearby with Northern Group
- 5/10 min walk to town
- 2 mins from a big Aldi and Urban Exchange retail park with a PureGym etc.
- rent: currently £700pcm (although this might increase when we sign the new contract)
- bills: around £150-£180 depending on the time of the year (includes council tax, WiFi etc.)

A little bit about me - I work full time in legal and from home 3 days a week. I love trying new food places and enjoy the odd night out/WHP, but for the most part enjoy a good HGW or night in with the girls. I’m a very clean and tidy person, so I’d love to find a friendly and respectful flatmate that I can ideally be friends with (cliché I know).
