Spacious Double Room with En Suite in Ancoats
We have a double room with an en suite available in our spacious 3-bedroom flat in Ancoats. The flat is located in the heart of Ancoats, just a 10-minute walk to Piccadilly Train Station and a 5-minute walk to the New Islington Metrolink stop. With a local Sainsbury's and Aldi only a short walk away, it’s an ideal spot by the scenic canal.

The available bedroom is a large, furnished double with its own en suite. We are looking for someone who can move in early August, but we can be flexible for the right roommate.

We are looking for a fun and respectful female (no couples). As a flat, we enjoy having friends over and family coming to stay. We occasionally host dinner parties and are looking for someone who would be happy to join in! We like to keep the place neat and tidy, but we are also relaxed and understand this is a lived-in space.
