Spare room- city centre

Hello!!

My name is Liam, I am moving out at the beginning of August, and looking for someone to replace me for a maximum stay of 2 months.

The building is based a 5 min walk from Victoria station, and a 5 min walk to the town centre.

Based on the 2nd floor opposite angel meadow gardens. These are one of the few flats that have a balcony. (A very large one too)
The room has a en-suite bathroom with shower and great bathroom storage. The room itself comes with a chest of drawers and build in wardrobe.

The best thing about this room is the fact both doors open up to the balcony and to the view of Angel meadows which is a nice touch.

The current flatmate is also leaving at the end of September , as we are not renewing the lease. But because I’m leaving in August it means the room needs occupied for from the start of August to the end of September.

The housemate who will be living here is very friendly and tidy. He travels for work/ and is away fairly often.

There is also a onsite gym and communal work spaces.

The price of rent I pay is currently 950 with 172 bills on top.

However, I am looking for someone to move in any pay £800 each month for August and September (I’d be covering the rest to my former housemate) for the fact that it’s only a short stay.

Perfect for someone that is wanting to move to Manchester and needs a short stay, or just someone that likes a short stay property.
