The tenancy here has already been renewed so the £550 rent is secured for the next year.
The flat is located right next to Ancoats General store.

The current flatmate Olivia is lovely and really chilled, she usually works at the office and not from home. There is a shared bathroom, I had never shared a bathroom before but it was easy with Liv ☺️

Kitchen has dishwasher and we have a separate utility cupboard with washing machine etc

Costs:
Rent: £550
Bills: £128 (C tax, water, WiFi and energy)
Deposit is £537

Additional costs:
Tenancy change cost: £50
I will be leaving the new bits of furniture, amazon firestick, coffee machine and a new mattress has been added to the room, I’ve also had a new building fob and a parking gate fob made and will be asking for an additional £200 to cover these.

With parking, there is no space included but it’s very easy to rent one for around £100 a month. Myself and guests have parked in non-spaces in the car park as well and I’ve always been fine but this may change in the future.

The flat is available straight away but viewings will start when Olivia is back from holiday to meet you on 29th July! ☺️
