We have a spare bedroom in our property, it's a double bedroom, built in wardrobes, with your own private bathroom. Kitchen and living room are spacious with plenty of storage. A lovely view of the park from the living room as well!
The building has free access to the gym, yoga studio, and lounge where you can work from home, have free coffee, and also book this out as a private event! There is also a spacious outside terrace, shared across building residents.
We have a dog that is just over 1 years old and a cat that is 5, both super friendly so someone who likes animals is a must!
We both work 5 days a week, and on our days off tend to go hiking or take the dog somewhere out of the city.
Both massive foodies and love cooking, music, having a few drinks on the weekend, and fitness, so would be nice to find a flatmate that shares similar interests!
Council tax is Band D.
