Hello! My current flatmate is moving out on Halloween so I’m looking for someone to move in with me in my stunning flat in spinningfields! The flat is much cheaper than others in the area, as I moved in during a rent freeze, so I have a really good deal here! I love this place and have lived here for 4 years.
The flat comes furnished and your room includes a king size bed (with under bed storage), bedside tables, a small set of drawers and a large built in wardrobe. As my room is an ensuite, the HUGE main bathroom (with bath and shower head) is yours!
The building has fab amenities (gym, co working spaces, lounge, etc) and is in a great location- walking distance to all things central, but in a chilled part of town.
A little about me- I’m a 27 year old lawyer and a Manchester native. I work on a hybrid basis, but should mainly be in the office by October. I’m pretty chilled about things and I don’t really drink, so you won’t be woken up by me stumbling in from a night out! I love going for brunch, heading off on mini breaks and watching a good rom com.
Would love for a like minded girly (or a guy who would willingly identify as one of the gals) to move in!
