I'm a 21-year-old professional/student living in a stylish 2-bed apartment at Anco&co in Ancoats, Manchester. I'm looking for a like-minded roommate who shares my interests in the gym, sports, and enjoys going out after work. Anco&Co is a great place to live. With access to an apartment only gym, cinema room and rooftop, there are not many places like it for the rent! I’ve lived here for a year now and have loved it.

Would be nice to do something within the week, go out for a drink, a run etc. Quite keen to start padel down in deansgate, just need someone to have a game with!

Water - £25pm
Electricity - £30pm
Council tax - £77pm
As a Student, you will need to pay 6 months upfront which is £4500. This would be twice so over the 12 months it will be £9000.
I ideally would like to live with a student as I am exempt from paying council tax due to my Degree Apprenticeship.
