Large Room With En-Suite In Cosy City Centre Flat

We have a very large double bedroom available (~£665 inc. Bills) that will be becoming available around the 3rd September, as this is when rent is typically due. There may be some scope to move in earlier but that will all depend on the moving situation of the current tenant.

Myself & my flatmate (F) are both professionals, so ideally we would like you to be the same just so that we are all on similar schedules. I tend to split my time between wfh and in the office. Wednesdays are when I am most likely not going to be around.

We would like to say that we are both really sociable and enjoy spending time on the sofa watching absolute trash on Prime, Netflix, NowTV, so hopefully you like to do the same. We are both really down to earth & easy going, and are both respectful when it comes to space. We aren’t really a party flat.

The flat is situated just a stone's throw away from most amenities. You will be 5 mins from Picadilly Station, 5 minutes from Ancoats, 2 minutes from an Aldi & 2 mins away from the Rochdale canal. The flat itself has been lived in amongst friends for a number of years, so it is well lived in and well kept, we like to keep things tidy, and would say that we are both good at keeping up with regular cleaning of the flat.

The living room is well decorated (we like plants) and furnished with the majority of furniture [TV unit, sideboards & sofa] belonging to my flat mate - so there may be a lack of space should you have some of your own furnishings. Also within the flat, you can expect washing/drying facilities as well as your own en-suite bathroom. The space also gets plenty of lights during the Summer months, and there is a small cornered balcony to enjoy this on.

Your room is a very large double room with en-suite bathroom. The room comes as unfurnished, so you would need to supply your own bed/mattress. The existing tenant has stated that they would be happy to sell their bed frame and mattress for a small fee. The room, along with the flat itself gets plenty of light.

In terms of viewings, we should both be around most evenings & weekends for a chat. If you are interested in the above, please don’t hesitate to ask any questions that you might have.
