Our flatmate is moving out and so we are looking for someone new to join the flat.
The flat
Bedroom: Double bed, en suite, furnished
The rest of the flat: a kitchen, 2 other bedrooms, 1 other bathroom and a large living/ dining room. Parking space available for monthly fee.
Location: we live close to Canal Street, so super central, fun location, but we don't actually get the noise.
About us
Ali
I'm a 28 year old guy working in climate change policy. I'm into sports, hanging out with friends and getting out into the peaks. I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with and love a giggle and trying new things.
Ana
I'm a friendly 26 year old girl Spanish girl working as an embryologist. In my free time I like hanging out and trying new things with my friends. I also like going to the gym, running, reading and listening to music.
Ideal flatmate
A young professional who wants to live in a sociable, happy, clean flat. It would be great if you're interested in exploring what's going on in and around Manchester in the evenings/ weekends, like going for drinks, to events, or for hikes, but also not going to be crazy loud on weeknights. We sometimes speak Spanish when it's just the two of us so if you can too that would be a bonus! We'd appreciate someone who wants to help keep the flat nice, we get a cleaner in every couple of weeks to help with that.
