Room for rent

Hi, my name is Georgia, I am 27 years old, my current flatmate is moving out at the end of August.
I am located in Manchester City centre, 10 minute walk away from the Arndale and across the road from Salford train station. The room available is a standard double room, with an en suite included.
Shared lounge space with a balcony included. Plenty of shops around in less than a 5 minute walk.
Please note I am a bartender and I work most nights and weekends. I would prefer someone who understands my current hours and won’t have an issue with me coming home most late nights. I work full time so I am hardly home.
