Double Room in Manchester City Centre

I work in finance from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (2/3 days wfh). I am from Madrid and have been living in Manchester for almost 6 years. I studied Economics and I’m currently taking two courses: one in accounting to become a qualified accountant and another in e-commerce.

I enjoy going out in the city center for dinner or drinks. I like swimming and play futsal, and I’d also love to get back into playing padel.

I use the living room TV mainly to watch Real Madrid matches and some Premier League games. I also watch Netflix or Amazon Prime at night, but mostly in my room. Even though I have a ping pong and pool table, I don’t use it very much. But if you like to play, I’d be happy to play more. I like socializing but also value having my own space.

I’m looking to let a room short-term (4-5 months max but that’s negotiable).

I’m looking for someone with similar work hours who is willing to help with cleaning, as keeping the flat clean is the only requirement to be honest.
