Double Room in Manchester City Centre

I work in finance from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (2/3 days wfh) and one night a week in hospitality to make some extra money. I am from Madrid and have been living in Manchester for 6 years. I studied Economics and I’m currently studying a Master's degree in AI.

Tidy and chilled person. I enjoy going out in the city center for dinner or drinks. I like swimming, gym and play futsal, and would also love to get back into playing padel.

Even though there's a ping pong and pool table, I don’t use it very much. But if you like to play, I’d be happy to play more. I like socializing but also value having my own space.

Looking to let it short-term (4-5 months max but that’s negotiable).

I’m looking for someone willing to help with cleaning, as keeping the flat clean is the only requirement to be honest. I have had bad experiences with this matter and it’s not negotiable at all. The flat must be clean on a daily basis otherwise you’ll have to leave.
