My flatmate has moved back to Madrid, so I’m looking for someone to take her room.

I’m from Madrid and I’ve been living in Manchester for over 7 years. I work in finance Monday to Friday, usually with 2–3 days working from home, and I’m also studying a master’s degree in financial management. During the week I’m normally working, studying, at the gym or in the library, so the flat is usually quiet and relaxed.

I’m looking for someone clean, respectful and easy-going. The main thing for me is keeping the shared spaces clean, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Nothing extreme, just someone tidy who leaves things in a good condition.

I’m sociable but not a party person at home. I like the flat to feel calm, comfortable and respectful. I’m also fine if you have friends or family over for dinner, drinks or staying for a few days, as long as everything is respectful and the flat stays clean.

The room is bigger than it looks in the pictures and the move-in date can be flexible. If you would prefer a smaller desk or need any extra furniture, that shouldn’t be a problem.

In my free time I like going out in town for dinner, especially Spanish and Italian food, drinks, long walks, swimming, going to the gym and playing futsal. I’d also like to get back into padel at some point.

The dining table is also a ping pong and pool table, but I don’t really use it much to be honest.
