Hey guys! My current flatmate is moving out with his girlfriend and I am looking for a new flatmate.

Cleaning is the only real requirement. I’ve had bad experiences in the past, so it’s important for me to live with someone who naturally keeps things clean and looks after shared spaces. If you’re tidy and organised, we’ll get on well.

I’m from Madrid and I’ve been living in Manchester for over 7 years. I work in finance Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (2–3 days WFH) and also one night a week in hospitality, usually on Friday nights. I recently finished a Master’s in Applied AI and I’m starting a few personal projects, so having a calm and clean place at home is important for me.

I’m a tidy and pretty chilled person. I like going out in the city centre for dinner or drinks, as well as long walks. I enjoy swimming, going to the gym and playing futsal, and would like to get back into padel at some point. I enjoy socialising but also value having my own space.

The dining table is also a ping pong and pool table, but I don’t use it too much to be honest. I’m also fine with having friends or family over from time to time, whether it’s for dinner, drinks, or even staying over for a few days, as long as everyone is respectful and the flat stays tidy.

Move-in date is flexible. Short-term lets are also considered.
