The flat is a two bed two bathroom, with your own private bathroom (inc bath!) . There is a balcony which gets the sun for the mornings and into the early afternoon. The room is furnished with a built in wardrobe and chest of draws. It’s close to Aldi, Pure Gym and only a 10min walk to Piccadilly station.
Rent is £590 not including bills which come up to around £150 p/m on top.
About me - I'm 28 and work full time in social media marketing, I WFH 3 days a week so ideally looking for someone who works mainly in the office or 1/2 days WFH. I also run a food blog in my spare time so if you want to come with me on invites then that definitely can be arranged! I like the occasional night out but also happy to stay in and chill especially after a busy week.
I'm looking for a like minded and social flatmate who also appreciates their own space and LGTBQ+ friendly is a must! 🌈
