It's that time when my wonderful flatmate is moving to London, so I'm looking for someone to move into one room of the 2-bed flat I live in. We have a shared living room and kitchen, plus balcony access that gets some lovely sun throughout the day.
I'm seeking a young professional woman like myself to join me. I work from home 1-2 days a week. On average, bills have been around £170 per month, including council tax, water, electricity, and WiFi. There is a parking space available with the flat.
The building is just a 10 minutes walk from the city centre, 8 minutes from Shudehill Interchange and Victoria Station, and there's a Co-op right under the apartment.
I'm 24, very chill, social, and friendly. I'd love to find a similar person to move in.
