Double en suite room in Oxygen Tower

I’m urgently looking for a flatmate to take over the other half of the tenancy as unfortunately my friend has had to drop out. Currently the move in date is 05/08 and that is when the first rent/deposit is due however you can move at any point in the month. I’m happy to meet up beforehand and arrange viewings with the agency but this must all be done ASAP 😊

It’s a stunning 2 bed apartment, both bedrooms are double, have en suites and come fully furnished. The apartment is located on the 25th floor so had stunning views of Manchester! The location is really central; it’s a 5 minute walks from Piccadilly train station, 10 minute walk from Piccadilly gardens! There is an Aldi less than 5 minutes walk away and a Sainsbury’s local just across the road, and diecast is opposite!

The building had lots of amazing amenities! It had a full size swimming pool with a sauna and steam room, a fully equipped gym and studio where you can access lots of different guided workouts, a cinema room, a gorgeous communal workspace with free tea and coffee, and a 24 hour concierge!

I haven’t moved into the apartment yet myself so I’m unsure on how much bills will be exactly but I am estimating around £150 per month. It’s council tax band B which works out at around £68 each per month.

A little bit about me, I am looking for a friend as well as a flatmate! I love going for bottomless brunch but I also like chill nights in and am happy to have my own space aswell as spending time together! I just got my law degree and I am working full time in a law firm, I work from home 2/3 days a week.
