My current flatmate is moving out on the 1/09/2024 as his new apartment contract overlaps with our flat’s tenancy!
The contract of the flat is up to the 11th of October and he’s looking to rent out his room for £600 (All bills included) up to that point. There isn’t a plan to extend the tenancy past this point.
We are located in the green quarter, with the room being a double with a separate private bathroom.
I’m a 22 year old professional who moved to Manchester for a graduate scheme and met my current flatmate on SpareRoom. I’m a relaxed person who’s lived with mixed genders throughout university. I spend my most of my spare time doing some form of sport and enjoy going out for food/drinks. I would be looking for a flatmate who I could socialise with and I would more than happy to involve you with my friends if you are new to the city!
