Lovely double en-suite with all furniture included in pics (apart from desk). The kitchen/living room is super spacious and we have a balcony out into the courtyard which is nice and green! Dishwasher, washer included and a resident’s gym downstairs!
Specifics: Rent is £675 pcm with bills and council tax about £180 each per month.
Available from 17th September 2024 for a 12 month tenancy (not a sublet).

About me: I’m a 22 year old professional in architecture working in the city centre (and occasionally from home). I am super friendly and chatty, I’m tidy and while I like an occasional pub/bar night I prefer a wholesome night-in/ day trips/ going for food!
I love art, exploring cities, sewing, ballet, swimming, movie nights and baking. (Free cake included haha).

Ideal flatmate:
I’m looking for a flatmate I can be friends with as well as live with. I’m looking for someone tidy, respectful and friendly.
Ideally someone who prefers a chill night in and would be up for crafts/movie nights together!!
My boyfriend occasionally stays for the weekend, so you’d have to be ok with having him in the flat every now and again :)
