Hi. I'm looking for a new flatmate around 25 y/o to share a flat in Greengate. Sadly, my current flatmate is moving back home. The flat is in a great location, 10-minute walk to victoria station and close to Deansgate and the Arndale.

About Me

I'm 25 from Leeds, work weekdays at an architect firm in the city and usually spend my weekends in the flat. I am tidy, clean up after myself, and enjoy chill evenings and weekends. I like to go to the occasional gig or festival, meet friends for a drink after work, and aim to read a book or go on a run every so often.

Cost

Rent and bills (electric, water, and council tax) will be 50/50. It's about £975 each and there is a security deposit around £790.
