Hi there. I am about to put down a holding deposit for a flat at One Silk Street so I'm not currently in the flat at the moment, the flat is a good size with two big rooms with ensuites for both rooms, the current move in date is the 20th of August with the flat being council tax C. Deposit and rent and bills will be split 50/50, references or a profile would be ideal (LinkedIn would be great if possible). There is parking but at an additional cost underneath the building. The flat is 807sq ft and comes with a balcony on the 3rd floor. The flat is 3.06 One Silk Street, should be available on Rightmove or Northern group Manchester website. All combined I have estimated the costs to be around £1050-£1075 pp.
